Let's do some Qi Kung :)
These exercices are easy to make and are great for improvement of health. I didn't learn this type of Qi Kung at TCM school but by it's simplicity its easy to see that can be done in minutes, helps the Qi and Blood to circulate and alliviates the stagnant Qi.
